Housing Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD)

The Housing Site Allocations DPD [8MB]  (adopted on Tuesday 9 May 2017) forms part of the the Local Plan for the district.

The Housing Site Allocations DPD implements the framework set by the Core Strategy by allocating non-strategic housing sites across West Berkshire. It also allocates sites for Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople, sets out residential parking standards and policies to guide housing development in the countryside.

The Housing Site Allocations DPD is a daughter document to the Core Strategy and the policies set out within it will be used in the determination of planning applications.
