Our recycling centres

Information about our Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs).

We have two recycling centres in West Berkshire: Newtown road recycling centre in Newbury and Padworth recycling centre in Padworth.

Please note:

you must book an appointment before you visit
residents must hold a valid permit before you visit
non-West Berkshire residents will need to pay a £9 entry fee upon arrival
we do not accept any commercial, trade or business waste at either of our recycling centres
both recycling centres are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
