West Berkshire Social Care Online Policy System (SCOPS) provides an index of policies and procedures for Adult Social Care staff.
These policies and procedures are intended to help clarify the scope, purpose, and legal basis for social care processes, and to help clarify management responsibilities and the role of staff.
Please note: some documents within SCOPS are only available to West Berkshire Council employees.
All policies and procedures are subject to review as legislation and best practice changes.
