Christmas and New Year: Our Market Street Office will be closed on 25 and 26 December and 1 January. We will also be closing earlier at 1pm on 24 December and 3pm on 31 December.

Please note that tickets for face-to-face advice are available until 4.45pm (Monday to Thursday), and 4.15pm on Friday; we do not accept any new face-to-face claims for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax reduction within 30 minutes of our closing time.
