Our opening hours for Market Street reception in Newbury are:

* Please note that tickets for face-to-face advice are available until 4.45pm (Monday to Thursday), and 4.15pm on Friday; we do not accept any new face-to-face claims for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax reduction within 30 minutes of our closing time.

When the Council offices are closed do not use this number for non-emergencies, please Report a Noise Nuisance, Report a Missed Bin Collection, and other non-emergencies online.
