Full application (including change of use)
You should use the application for Full Planning Permission when making a detailed planning application for development under Section 62 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), excluding householder developments.
Development includes building, engineering or other works in, on, over or under land, or the making of any material change in the use of any buildings or land.
