How to Prepare a Community Plan

West Berkshire Council follows a clearly defined process for helping communities develop a Community Plan, also known as a 'Parish Plan'.

To make your Plan a success, you need a group of enthusiastic community volunteers that will lead the process and bring others on board right from the outset. Once you've identified these people, we can help you by providing toolkits, guidance and advice to support you through all stages to the final production of the plan.
