If you want to learn more about gardening, enjoy being outdoors or have skills to share, why not pop along to our Community Kitchen Garden sessions?

Shaw House in Newbury has a beautiful walled garden full of raised beds and a polytunnel ready to grow a variety of fruit, vegetables and flowers. The drop-in sessions are free, open to everyone and held between 10am and 12.30pm on Thursday mornings.

This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, share skills and meet new people whilst getting all the benefits of being outside in nature. It's part of a Nature for Health initiative which is developing and delivering green space and nature activities which promote and improve physical and mental health and wellbeing whilst reducing social isolation and loneliness.

Are you interested? We'd love to see you there!
