What is being proposed

This Draft Parking Review Amendment Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) is proposed to improve road safety at identified problem locations, will address obstruction concerns related to inconsiderate parking, and will resolve issues related to resident parking on High Street, Streatley.

  • Proposed Permit Holders only 8am to 6pm: bays will be introduced for resident Permit Holders to accommodate approximately 14 vehicles. Space between bays will create informal 'passing places' for opposing traffic at busy periods. The remainder of High Street will remain unrestricted and available for any road user.
  • Proposed No Waiting at Any Time: To prevent vehicles just parking on the south side of High Street and avoiding the parking bays
