Minerals and waste: monitoring reports

Authority Monitoring Reports (AMR) for minerals and waste, the Local Aggregate Assessment (LAA) and Local Waste Assessment (LWA).

Authority monitoring reports (AMR)

The purpose of the AMR is to monitor progress of the production of documents associated with minerals and waste planning in the Local Development Scheme, and the performance of policies within the Minerals and Waste Local Plan (once adopted).

The local aggregate assessment (LAA)

The LAA sets out the aggregate demands placed upon primary minerals in the district and considered the need for the provision of an appropriate aggregate mineral landbank.

Local waste assessment (LWA)

The LWA aims to provide an assessment of the need for the provision of waste infrastructure and activities in the authority over the plan period.
