Having the right information at the right time can make a significant difference for carers and those they care for. We have partnered with Carers UK to offer carers in West Berkshire free access to practical, financial, and emotional support through their digital platforms.
The Carers UK Digital* site has a range of:

training via e-learning courses on topics such as "coping with stress", "working and caring" and "help with finances"

Discover information on health and wellbeing, practical support with caring, financial assistance, and information on carers' rights, including workplace rights.

Users can also download the Jointly app* for free by using the code WESTBERKS.
Jointly is an organisation and communication app that has been specially designed by carers to help them with their role. Users can keep track of appointments and medications, store notes and images to keep on top of tasks and communicate with people who are involved in a person's care.
You can use Jointly on your mobile phone, iPad/tablet and on a web browser. When you have downloaded the app, when you are creating your 'circle' of carers, that is the time to enter the code to ensure there is no cost to you.
