Ask for help with new or existing Council Tax accounts, or tell us you've changed your name.
If you're moving house, please tell us by completing the form available through the Council Tax online services.
You can use your Council Tax online account to check your balance, payments and bills or update your contact details - sign in via My Account here or find out how to register and sign up here. If you signed up for a My Council Tax account before 9 December 2024, you will need to sign up again using the new process explained on our sign up guidance page.
