Council Tax
You can sign up for a Council Tax online services account to set up or change a direct debit, change your address, sign up for paperless billing, and check your band and payments online.
If you signed up for a Council Tax online services account before 9 December 2024, you will need to sign up again using the new process explained on our sign up guidance page. If you've already signed up using the new process, login to My Account and following the links under 'Council Tax and Benefits', click into 'Access my account' and 'Council Tax',
