Please join us at 6:30pm on Tuesday 25 February for our next Community Forum, an informative session focussing on Highways in West Berkshire.
Forums are an opportunity for residents, community members, and stakeholders to come together to discuss local challenges and opportunities that can shape the future of our neighbourhoods.
The aim of this Forum is to learn more about the work our Highways team do and our approach to maintenance. We'll also discuss street works and roadworks. Officers from our Highways Team will be in attendance along with Councillors, who will discuss the work they carry out.
Justin Pemberton, Executive Member for Public Safety and Community Engagement, said:
"The Council has hosted a number of Community Forum events. These have been well attended by residents and we'll continue to use them as a valuable way to really hear what local people feel and want. This event is open to everyone and will provide a great opportunity for residents, councillors, local organisations/businesses to come together and talk about the important work that our Highways Team is doing to maintain and improve our road network."
Please send your questions to CommunityForumQuestions@westberks.gov.uk by midday Friday 21 February and we'll answer them during the Forum.
You can attend the Forum in person at Upper Bucklebury Memorial Hall RG7 6QH or join us online via Zoom, making it convenient for everyone to participate.
You will need to register at CommunityForumQuestions@westberks.gov.uk
and state if you will attend in person or online. Online participants will receive the joining link closer to the time. The event will also be streamed live on our YouTube channel.
