Conference, Hall and Meeting Room Hire

In response to requests by residents, we now provide a list of local halls and function rooms in West Berkshire that are available for hire [47KB] .

We've created the list as a courtesy for residents - it's not an exhaustive directory. You may be able to find other options through search engines or third-party websites.

Whilst we do have conference and meeting facilities available at Shaw House in Newbury for hire, please note that the rooms and halls in other locations are not run by West Berkshire Council. 
They're either private, charity, church or Parish or Town Council venues - we don't make any money, directly or indirectly, from these locations or from including them on this list. They are are operated and funded completely separately. 

You should always contact the venues themselves for booking, to ask questions, or to find the most up-to-date information regarding their availability, capacities and the facilities they have available.

The information on the list is correct at the time of publishing. It's organised into broad geographical areas (Newbury, Thatcham, East and West). These categories are accessed through the labelled tabs in the file.
