What you've told us

Community engagement is an important part of the way we make our plans - we want our communities to participate and influence this process. The Local Plan Consultation Portal is an electronic system used by the planning policy team to help people to get involved.

On this portal, you can see what people have already told us in relation to consultations we've already held relating to the Local Plan review. If you wish to view comments that have been made on consultations, visit the portal and search by clicking on the 'Learn More' button for the relevant consultation, then click on 'What People Say'. Comments can also be viewed from the consultation points within the documents. 

You can also use the portal to find out about upcoming consultations and have your say. Registering on the Local Plan Consultation Portal will allow you to receive email updates on the progress of the Local Plan and planning policy consultations, view our consultation documents and make comments online. You can also see the results of previous consultations in relation to the current Local Plan Review and what people have told us.

Please note that this system is only for Planning Policy Consultations. There are separate ways to view planning applications or to get involved with consultations on other issues.
