A series of questions designed to help you find the most appropriate sources of mental health support

  8. Is the mental state of the person you know/care for worse?
  9. Have you had a Carers Assessment?
  10. Carers assessments help work out what support you need.

    Legally, anyone who provides or intends to provide a substantial amount of care on a regular basis can have a carer's assessment.
