The Training Team provides a comprehensive training and development programme for all West Berkshire Council staff and for managers and staff working in the private, voluntary and independent social care sector. Most of our classroom training courses take place at Shaw House in Newbury,

• Access to External courses

The training programme also contains information on qualifications, common induction standards, induction training, e-learning and assessment and other training resources for social care staff.
